A message from Mitsubishi Motors CEO, John Signoriello
For 40 years, Mitsubishi Motors Australia and the communities in which we operate, have worked together to support one another through the highs and lows.
Now, as ever, we are adapting to the COVID-19 challenge and we have put in place actions to support the Mitsubishi team, our staff, dealer network, customers, and the broader community.
So that you can have confidence when you visit any Mitsubishi facility, our colleagues across the business have increased the frequency of regular cleaning and disinfecting of facilities and vehicles.
To make sure that we can continue to meet your needs, where possible, our dealerships are adding the flexibility of phone-based finance consultations, “door-to-door” test drives and service pick-ups and drop-offs.
We have a strong supply chain, and our team and business partners are working to ensure that dealerships have the parts they need to service your vehicle.
Mitsubishi Motors Financial Services is set up to support you if you’re concerned about the impact of COVID-19 on your ability to make repayments, with options available dependent on each customer’s individual circumstances.
Mitsubishi and our network are monitoring Federal Government health announcements and adhering to all advice.
We do not take this situation lightly, and we will continue to monitor the situation, take additional advice, and make additional changes to our protocols as necessary.
I am incredibly proud of the entire Mitsubishi Motors team and would like to thank them for their work in helping to keep our customers safe. It is only by working together and supporting one another that we will get through these tough times and come out stronger.
